Hotel Seven Crown

This downtown hotel gave us a VIP experience. We were amazed by the large master suite, the perfectly comfortable king bed, oversized balcony, and elegant bathroom. We love that Quinto Piso felt like a private restaurant service it was so easy to walk the single flight of steps, or take the elevator. There is a small, 1st story, covered and secure garage with space for 6 vehicles. They can’t guarantee this space so overflow is into an offsite parking lot 150 meters from the hotel. As wonderful as the accommodations were, the staff is why we will be returning in the future. At the front desk, Eris was extraordinary and super helpful. Knowing this was a special occasion for us, he found the best room we could afford and made it happen. Daniel was remarkably helpful with the valet situation, and with our bags. I’m struggling to remember her name now, but Eris’ colleague, a wonderful woman, offered her help to us on multiple occasions and we can’t commend her enough for her going so far beyond expected service. 1) We enjoyed a sunset and stayed too late at Pichilingue Beach and couldn’t find an Uber or taxi to pick us up, but she called her friend who doesn’t do it normally, but offered to come pick us up in her car , and 2) on the way out of town, after getting pulled over by the cops and extorted for cash, we couldn’t find one of our wallets. We called Seven Crowns and she again offered to do whatever to make sure we could be on our way. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts!! Seven Crowns is a 5 star establishment blessed with employees of kind and compassionate heart. Can’t wait until next time!

Great location and outstanding staff. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Super clean rooms and a good restaurant on top. This will be a regular stay location for us

Nice hotel on the Malecon in LA Paz. Good restaurant on the roof. Friendly and professional service. Great place to spend a weekend.

Our junior suite room was excellent with a view of the water. The location of the hotel in the middle of the malecon was also really great - short walk to many great restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice little boutique hotel with on the Malencon. The staff here is awesome, Edward, is the best host. He recommended very friendly and modesty priced tours. They are a roof top restaurant overlooking the Malencon. Reasonable prices for food and drinks.

Great location, on the seaside Malcom. Some rooms have spectacular views. Also a pleasant restaurant on the top floor with incredible views.

The hotel was in the perfect spot. Great location, close to food, the whale shark boat jetty etc. Staff at the check in counter where helpful and friendly. My room had only tepid water, which was unfortunate when coming home cold after being on the water all day. The restaurant at the top was obviously nice and close, and although most of the staff were fantastic, some staff were quite rude. Not allowing friends to sit together, and telling our group we could leave if we would not sit separately as they allowed strictly only four seats at a table. Overall, hotel is fine. Expensive for what it is, based on my experience, but maybe that's all the hotels in the region.
